Can some one help me?????

So on the 18-19th of this month I had egg white cervical mucus (pic below) and my cervix was low idk what that means lol. The 20th my cervical mucus was just light creamy and my cervix went back to being high and I’m like that up to today. But I took an ovulation test today just to see where I was in my cycle and got a +opk (pic below)

and I’m having dull cramps on the right side! So like am I ovulating or something because I thought that’s what the egg white cm was. What’s going on?
