When does ovulation end

Question

If I got a positive opk yesterday and now it’s no longer showing positive, does that mean I already ovulated? Or does it not mean anything? Ie should I still bd today

When you receive a positive OPK, ovulation will occur within the next 12-36 hours - and en egg, once released, will be viable for 12-24 hours. Thus, best to BD the day you get your positive result, and the following 3 days after.

If you got a positive opk then a negative, then yes, you have already ovulated.

Yes, BD today. Your LH surge happens before ovulation, so it will be within a 12-40 hour window after that. I think I made the mistake of following Glow originally which puts all of the high chance Pre-surge, which it marks as ovulation day. But it’s just as important if not more so to BD a couple of days after. Took me a couple of months of reading up to work that out.
