should I be worried, swelling**

I've been checking my blood pressure at the pharmacy counter with the self service machine. I haven't checked it in probably 5 days though.

I worked an 8 hour shift, on my feet walking around. I came home and immediately started making dinner.

when I took my shoes off, I noticed my ankles were swollen and that they're kind of numb. (Probably from the socks and shoes.)

I've never had any swelling at all before now.

but I did have preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. ***no prior swelling until I was already well into labor at the hospital.***

how worried should I be? should I take off work tomorrow and rest? or should I go to work, check my blood pressure at the pharmacy, and see how the day goes?

any hours at work would be better than none.
