4 weeks and 5 days- dull backache???
I’ve been having a dull lower backache for about 4 or 5 days now. It’s not sharp pains or anything like that, it’s just a sore feeling or achy feeling. It almost seems to go to the top of my butt (sorry, tmi)! It seems to be a little bit noticeable on my right side, but it seems to go across my entire lower back. Is this normal?? Anything I can to do help it? I have been using biofreeze.
