It feels like a little ball under my skin. It’s kinda painful when I touch it & squeeze it. What can I do?! Please help

Well I just popped my ingrown hair pubic cyst lol. And um I guess I wasn’t suppose too... (according to online) but I washed it with Hydrogen Peroxide (anti-septic) and put some Anti bacterial cream on it. Plus a band aid. So I hope it’s okay now
