Extreme rib pain

I’m 30wks + 3days with my second and I experienced rib pain with my first, but only on my left side. Right now I am experiencing it on both sides and no matter how I sit, or lay...I am extremely uncomfortable and almost in tears. I don’t know what’s causing it. It’s a constant pain or pressure. I did have a spicy chicken sandwich from Chic Fil A that I haven’t had in awhile so could it be heart burn pain and I’m just feeling it on both sides? Usually it’s in my chest and throat. I’m so miserable and I just want relief. Has this happened to any of you ladies?
