I'm thinking about starting the weaning process with my almost 17 month old daughter. I'm still nursing her to sleep for naps, bedtime and throughout the night. I'm so exhausted waking up every 1-2 hours at night (she's slept through the night only 5 times since she was born) and we want to have another baby and even though we've been trying for 6 months now we aren't having any luck. I've started cutting back on feeds during the day since she mostly plays around instead of taking a nursing session seriously and she eats 3 meals a day plus some snacks. I'm not really sure how to get her to sleep without nursing her and how to officially stop breastfeeding all together. Any advice? Anyone going through the same thing? 🤷‍♀️
