Baby and Cruising

My babe will be one when we have planned for a 7 day cruise with my husband, 2 siblings and mom. I know people have cruised with little ones before and there are ways to make it work but I do have worries. My dad/stepmom are offering to keep the baby over the 7 days for fear that we won’t get to enjoy the cruise as much if we take the baby. It makes sense as the cons outweigh the pros to take him. But I can’t fathom leaving my baby for SEVEN DAYS! I would feel sooooo guilty aside from missing him. Am I a bad mom for even entertaining the idea of not taking him?
