Late period anyone

Hello ladies i was expecting my period on february 18 i did not get it im so worried im pregnant im not ready for a baby my partner and i are sexually active but he always pulls out i did a test on the 19th came back negative did another one today came back negative plz any advice on what might be going on im stressing so bad not ready for a baby i have my one year old and we have been through so much in this first year she has been hospitalized twice just dont want to have another baby not now ☹☹☹
