Can I get pregnant

I'm currently not on birth control. I'm trying to figure that out, the last one gave me really bad side effects. My boyfriend was fingering me and he didn't have pants on either. At some point he laid on me . He was not wearing a condom , but his penis was next to my vagina while he was laying on me. He didn't come. But there might have been precum and my vagina was wet.We didn't have sex though. Should I take plan b?
