My husband got a Vasectomy on Thursday and his co workers got him a cake “ sorry for your loss” was written on it. Funny right?!

Well I’m here to complain about the fact they gave him 15 OxyContin to cope with the pain of two little (one stitch) incisions, meanwhile I’m still over here taking my 600mg ibuprofen for pushing a baby out unmedicated 5 weeks ago.

He has literally laid in bed for 2 days straight while I care for both children. He went back to work 3 days after this one was born so the time I got to spend in bed was at the hospital.

Why does society coddle men? It just rubs me the wrong way sometimes.
