Spotting 7 weeks preggo

Hi all I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. Been spotting from 5.2 weeks. Had a scan at 5w 6d and it was normal. Saw the fetus and heartbeat was 116. The report says small amount of free fluid in pelvis.

After that i had 3 hcg tests last week 2 days once. It wad 27900 , 45600 and 54500.

Doctor said all good as of now.

My iron is very low. And started supplements.

Still i spot every now n then., .pay my whenever I go out spend time on my feet. I dono if its related I just felt so. Whenever I wipe I spot. Nothing on panties. Spotting color varies from brick red, brown to pink each time.

Any inputs on this appreciated.! It's been 2 weeks since i am spotting . Yesterday no spotting. Today again
