Temp spike bbt confusion

I had my positive opk on cycle day 16. I had a small temp spike that day . The app didn’t register it as a ovulation spike. I’m sure my temps are wrong anyways due to the fact we keep the room very cold and I hardly use my bed covers consistently through the week. I got a positive ovulation spike today temp wise from the app. I trust my opks more than temping. I am 5 Dpo right now so Little changes are being noticed. Anyone else have this issue with the app and bbt testing
