Pcos and babies

Tifani-Rain

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now. I went to the doctor in December and got my diagnosis of PCOS with likely endometriosis. I am having the hardest time with it. I have completely cut out gluten from my diet, I wanted something I could do forever so I didn’t want to go a keto route. I just stepped on a scale and I have lost 7 pounds in the last couple weeks. I was hoping this would all help jumpstart my regularity. Instead it’s the opposite. I’m CD 56 and negative tests so I’m just hoping to get those cramps so I can start again. Has anybody gotten their PCOS baby? I’m just trying to keep the peace internally. But it’s hard. Grateful to have this community to go through it with.
