Super mild cramping

Hi ladies, I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant, and I've been having EXTREMELY mild cramping on and off for a couple days. It isn't anything like period pain, and I don't think the average person would even notice it. I had a Pap smear on Friday, so could that be the cause? Do I need to mention it to my doctor? Is it normal? I call about literally everything and I hate that I always feel so relieved but so silly when I come in. Thank you!! ❤️
