Calcium and milk supply?

Has anyone heard about calcium supplements being a good way to boost milk supply? 
I know about all the others but heard this the first time on facebook a few days ago?

I don't know about quantity,  but it will increase quality. Most American women don't get enough calcium. Go for it!

I’m EBF & take a combo calcium, magnesium & zinc supplement right before my period is expected to start and the first couple days of my period because I think I get a slight dip that time of the month. 🤷‍♀️
