2nd miscarriage, TTC#1

My husband and I started trying to conceive in May 2018... I had a miscarriage that would have gone unnoticed had it not been for an insane 2 weeks of heavy bleeding a week after I thought I had a regular period. I believe I was around 5 or 6 weeks at that point. We took a break until October and then have been trying every month ... until I got pregnant again this month. Around the 4 or 5 week mark, I miscarried again (although so far not cramping or heavy bleeding like last time). Looking for some hope that others have gone on to have healthy pregnancies after 2 miscarriages in their first year of trying?? I’m 32, and husband is 35.
