Me and my boyfriend had sex with a condom he cumed (in the condom) but when he pulled out by his pubic area it was wet idk if it was his or mine is it possible for the condom to leak through the ring if it fits perfectly?

The condom could be too big for him if the cum leaks through the ring. After he cums, his penis will start to "shrink" and that can be one of the ways the cum can get through the ring. It happened to me, and my advice is to have him pull out right after he cums to avoid it leaking into you.

You can also produce a white fluid during sex (aka you can also ejaculate) so what you may THINK was his ejaculation, could actually just be yours. 
As others have mentioned, make sure the condom isn’t too big for him and otherwise, it shouldn’t come out through the top.
