Uncomfirmed Pregnancy... but Could I Have Miscarried? 😢

My hubby & I have been TTC 5+ years with no luck. (Thnx endometriosis🙃) I’m 99% confident I had a miscarriage this morning, but because my uterus hates the idea of being pregnant, I never test when my period is late because eventually it always comes. & I don’t pay mind to BD during ovulation because, well.. what I said earlier ^^. Turns out we BD 2 days before ovulation and on day of ovulation this cycle.

It started Saturday night with really intense pains which I figured was just my endo... finally they calmed down enough for me to sleep, but they came back in the night & I was pretty much awake the entire night. I got up around 6:30am this morning, unable to ignore it any longer. From 6:30am- 11am I was back & forth between the bathroom & the bed, in absolute agony. Very heavy bleeding. The level of pain was unreal & it was coming in sharp waves like contractions- I was sweating it was so intense. I even vomited from the pain & momentarily lost consciousness a few times. As I was wiping, I noticed a small clot & after that a lot of flesh like material in the toilet & on the toilet paper. Since then, I’ve had a little bit of blood, but I’m mainly feeling really sore & tender.

I didn’t go to the ER because we’re snowed in & I had already taken pain meds, so I didn’t feel like it was worth the trip. I will call my OBGYN tomorrow & make an apt ASAP, just looking for some peace of mind tonight from anyone who has experienced something similar. ❤️ Does it sound like I miscarried?
