Successful FET?

So I go for my lining scan this Thursday and if it’s thick enough my FET (frozen embryo transfer) will be next week! I’m so excited yet so nervous! Anyone have any success stories and tips they can give me?

Make a schedule for all meds on your phone with alerts.... for me remember my midday estrogen was annoying.
Relax for two days, but don’t do straight bedrest
Try and stick to warm, cooked foods for five days post transfer.
Keep socks on!!! Day and night.
That’s all I did besides drink Pom juice before to help build my lining (which worked).

I had a FET in 2017. We transferred 2 embryos and ended up having 1 baby girl last year. I just did everything they said too, toile it easy, stayed on top of medications, tried not to stress. Wishing you luck!

I tried to relax and watch funny things. I did acupuncture the same day as the transfer. I was on the couch all day and rested for 3 days I think. No heavy lifting/not a lot of bending. Who knows if this made a difference but I also took luke warm showers instead of hot. Like someone else said if you haven’t already set alarms for your meds then do that now! Good luck!!!

Yay! So for me I also set alarms for meds. I took two days off of work post transfer to relax and not stress but certainly didn’t do bed rest, I had a 2 1/2 yr old son to also care for at home. I ate warm easily digestible foods. Kept feet warm. And as hard as it is I tried to stay positive and relax. I journaled each day as it helped me keep my mind clear and focused.

I just had a FET done 2/15!  I made sure we had sex the night before, there are some studies that say sperm helps. I got a digital BFP 5 days after transfer!!!  Good luck!
