Contractions or not?

Mamas!! What do contractions feel like? I’m 29+2, high-risk with a cerclage due to IC resulting in a previous loss. My entire stomach, but predominantly my right side is SO tight and uncomfortable. It’s pretty painful. I’m having a mild back ache as well but I have those a lot. It’s after 2am I don’t want to call and bug the nurse unless I absolutely have to. It’s not coming and going, it’s pretty consistent. Going to try and take a warm shower to see if it helps, ugh. :((((
