Cramps

Hello I have a question I guess . How long do cramps usually last for y’all? I’ve had birth control of all sorts since I’ve been a teenager so I’m not really sure anymore my cramps they seem to be located above my bladder like low stomach area most of the time I started having the feb 21 like barely there went away came back or was faint to nothing kind of confused is it supposed to be a week long? Or more.. I haven’t had my period yet also. I don’t really know when that’s going to happen either since I took my birth control out of my arm January 28th I almost never had a period so I don’t really know what to expect anymore but I’m guessing it’s going to happen here quite soon via these cramps this is probably stupid sorry
