Low baby movement and non stress test

So i just got off the phone with my obs office and I have to go in today for a Mon stress test.

I am 35 weeks and babyboy isnt moving nearly like he normally does. I did the kick counts and he did those but not before or after. I'll just say ive been trying a lot to get him to move and its not working. He makes small movements every once in awhile but nothing like normal. This is my third pregnancy and this hasnt happened with my other two.

Im not looking for advice on what to do but has anyone been through this and what was the out come?
