AF late- changed my exercise routine

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and could give me some insight or what to expect. Just for background I’m 31, TTC for about 15 months and had an ectopic 6 months ago. I decided to try and do some lifestyle changes so eliminated a lot of plastic in my house and went to fragrance-free and less chemicals (don’t know if I buy into that but doesn’t hurt to do it) but the main thing is I went from barely any working out to 5-6 times a week over the past 3 weeks. Didn’t have sex very close to ovulation and I am now 2 days late with negative tests across the board (typically I would be 2-4 days early with spotting for a few days even before that). Has this happened to anyone due to exercise and did your cycle regulate itself later? I don’t think I’m pregnant but I guess it’s still possible. Thanks!
