Opinion on this drink while pregnant? Ive been craving this for weeks now, many woman said it was too much caffeine but my aunt said i can have one only if its the only caffeine i drink.

I wouldn’t drink it to me it feels the same as a red bull 🤷‍♀️ I have tea daily and coffee if the mood strikes but this feels like I wouldn’t risk it

The "energy" part is what concerns me more than the caffeine. They add a lot of chemicals and vitamins etc which isn't good since you're already taking a prenatal. They have other drinks like this that's just cold coffee. I'd stick with those and just double check the caffeine levels. They also sell premixed cold coffee bottles where the milk and flavored coffee creamer is in the grocery refrigerators. Those would be better than these energy drinks.

I would not drink that. Get something similar in taste to fill the craving - like a decaf iced vanilla latte from Starbucks :)
