Bellybutton piercing?

Question

So I’ve been wanting to get my bellybutton pierced for a while now and I think I’m finally going to do it.. So I have a few questions
1. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but what would YOU scale the pain 1-10?
2. Do you have to wait to swim after getting it pierced? (I’m going to the beach in a few weeks)
3. How long do I have to wait before I can change the piercing? (Any suggestions of where to get cute rings are also appreciated😊)

6 pain for pain , you have to wait for it to heal to swim and 3 6 weeks weeks for switching it I believe,  i got mine done when I was 19

1. It's like a 6 for me 
2.  You can go swimming but keep the cleaning solution with your or use saline water and a Qtip u do not want it to get infected 
3.  They suggest 3-6 months to switch but you have to wait until it's healed.  Make sure it's not infected or anything.  I suggest 6 months because if u change it out to soon it could irritate the piercing. You can see what ones they have wear they can piece u but stay away from dangling ones.  You don't want it to pull on the piercing.  It will be red for awhile and that's normal.

Pain for me was 0 because I had numbing spray. You can change after 6 months at the least. Avoid swimming in chlorine water so swimming pools, hot tubs etc. But sea water might actually help :) you can get cute bars from amazon, eBay.

It wasn’t that bad maybe a 5 or 6. I just don’t like the soreness after and not being able to sit without unbuttoning my jeans. It gets caught on them a lot. I was told not to go swimming for at least 6 weeks and to keep it in for about a year. When you first get it, you’re going to want good jewelry so you could shop at the place you get it done. Not Claire’s or whatever. Afterwards, I’d suggest body candy. I found it on Instagram

I got mine done 11 years ago. It was my first piercing aside from earlobes. It was a pinch and then it was over. 1-10 I'd say 2? Maybe. It was nothing really. I dont remember if there was a swim restriction. The worst part was getting it caught on my belt but after it heals it's no biggy
