Charcoal bamboo inserts? I'm dumb and need help lol

I have pocket diapers that came with microfiber inserts. Do I just use the charcoal ones AND the microfiber ones? It seems super bulky lol but I read just the charcoal ones wont work because the liquid will pass through and wont have anything absorb? That seems weird lol I'm TOTALLY new to this. help! Lol. Should I get the AIO ones to use with the charcoal inserts? I have no idea what I'm doing lol

Iv tried both charcoal and Microfibre together but instead of putting it on top of eachother, I will wrap the Microfibre around the charcoal where my little boy wees the most, I hear for girls you wrap it around the middle of the charcoal insert but for boys up the front and that seemed to work for me :)

Charcoal Bamboo is basically glorified microfiber - microfiber wrapper in fleece. They are a tad more absorbent. We grew out of ours around 6 months.

You can use just the bamboo if you prefer. It’s a good absorber just not as fast as microfiber

I switched out all my inserts to hemp or bamboo once babe was 8 months and the microfiber didnt hold up. I made the tansifition slowly since they're pricey. I bought one 6 pack a week till they were all swapped out.

I have pocket diapers and I put two inserts in each of them. I put the microfiber closer to her because it absorbs father and wicks the moister away from her skin, and I put the bamboo under the microfiber because it absorbs slower and will help prevent s compression leak.
