What do I do about a hemorrhoid?

I didn’t think this pregnancy could get anymore uncomfortable, I was wrong. 36 weeks and I have a hemorrhoid, I’ve never had one before. Is this something I call the doctor about or just slap some preparation H on it and deal with it? I’m so over being pregnant now. 🤦🏻‍♀️😭

Witch hazel. Fibre. Cream. And biggest, don't sit in th e toilet for very long. It makes it way worse. I used to just drink a lot of prune juice and eat fruit like dried apricot

I’m on my second hemorrhoid in a month and I’m over it. Preparation H is a joke. Lol but no. You don’t need to call your doctor as it’s really no biggie.

I told my ob and she didn't recommend or acknowledge it for some reason, but mine doesn't hurt or anything, I just noticed it was there lol. If it is bothering you, you can definitely get an ointment to apply on it, but I found mine just kind of started to go down on it's own!
