Trying for a baby when you aren’t earning enough

Do you think it’s irresponsible for a couple to try for a baby if they aren’t earning enough money by themselves to support the child, because they’re relying on the government to give them child support?

And if you think it is irresponsible, do you think people who will always have a low paying job should never have children because of this?

Or do you think it’s perfectly fine to try for a baby because you know the help is available?
