How often are you feeling hiccups?

I thought baby boys hiccups were cute, but I read an article that said they may be dangerous if you feel them multiple times. I feel his at least once a day and I’m 34w.

I feel them a couple times a day - I’m 33 weeks. I’ve ready that it’s totally normal & it’s the baby practicing breathing! If they increase 3-4 weeks before your due date it could be a cord problem. I’ve had them with my other children & everything is just fine

I asked my OB about this at my last visit (30 week visit) because my lo seems to get them every day and sometimes very strong! She said it was normal and not to worry.

There are too many articles out there scaring people for no reason. 🙄 hiccups are normal. My last pregnancy I felt them daily and my child is healthy. This pregnancy have only had them a few times. I’m not worried 🤷‍♀️

At least twice a day. I'm 35w.  Same happened with my first. Never heard of hiccups being a concern before! And if they occur when I'm up and moving around, I don't feel them...I would never even know if they increased these next couple of weeks!!

Mine has them sometimes 5 or 6 times a day! I thought it was normal, now you have me worried lol.

I really wouldn’t stress, my last pregnancy my baby girl hiccuped 3 times a day. This baby hiccups maybe once a day. There are studies that connect frequent hiccuping to cord issues but it’s very rare.

I usually feel them 5 or 6 times a day. My doctor said that is really good news because they generally get the hiccups when they are doing their practice breaths.
