Ready to be a mom
My husband and I are ready to start TTC. He exercises regularly and often takes supplements. I'm wondering if they are ok while we are trying. He takes Whey protein every day, Fat burner,glutamine, and pre workout. he's pretty sure that these are all ok...and says that it's natural stuff. He doesn't take any type of diet pills...just the things I listed which he says help to repair muscles.
Any idea if these are ok while we are trying?
