Handling Twin Block Braces? 😬😕

Today I got Twin Block Braces and I’m not really sure on how to take care of them properly. I mainly got told just not to break them and to clean them regularly but never actually got told how to make sure I don’t break them and what else I should do to handle them properly.

I was wondering if anyone has had this type of brace (or any actually) and could maybe inform me on how to do this?
