I'm upset....

So I took my first round of Clomid on days 3-7 of my cycle. Day 21 progesterone level check fell on this past Saturday so I had to get it checked on Friday on day 20 of my cycle. Lab came back as 1.2. This saddens me. But I feel like I just haven't ovulated yet. But it is strange because Thursday I got darker shaded ovulation tests finally. But it never came out just as dark as the control line but I could tell there was a progression. I'm so confused. I'm currently on day 23 of my cycle but no positive ovulation test yet. Anyone else have this experience?
