Cramps but no bleeding yet
My period should be here any day now since I’m currently going through PMS, but I just got out the gym from doing an intense workout and it’s made me feel a little crampy but still no blood. Is it normal? I’m still feeling very light cramps. Is it from the workout? I was doing lower body and was using my pelvic muscles a lot so maybe that’s it?
