Heart pressure during period

Hello ladies,

This isn’t in the Log’s so I’m not sure if everyone feels this.

When on my period I sometimes feel my heart is pounding fast.

And I could feel it being heavier or something.

Similar to feeling overwhelmed or when you feel heartache when crying.

I do feel the pressure from my back as well as the chest so it might be the backache that usually comes with the period just spreading and causing this.

So I’m not sure if this physical or is it emotional and so that’s why I feel it around my heart?!

Anyone?
