I voted 2-3 days a week but that is literally ONE glass of wine with dinner... I never go over that amount and I time my dinners around my nursing schedule so I’m not nursing immediately after drinking either.
Momma deserves a break now and then but NEVER at the expense of baby’s health

I don’t drink hardly at all. Once in a while I’ll split a can of cider with my husband and I’ve been known to have Champaign at weddings but that’s it. Mostly I don’t like the taste of it and I was brought up completely dry for religious reasons so I never acquired the taste for it
