Am I having a miscarriage
So yesterday I started to feel these very strong pains In my lower abdomen
I found out I was about a month pregnant
And now today I still have the pain in my lower abdomen I thought it might just be constipation since I haven’t used the washroom in a while so I took a laxative
Now I’m bleeding and very little blood clots almost can’t even see this
Someone please help
