Do I look like I weigh 220 pounds?? 😦

I weighed myself beginning of last month and I weighed 233. I walk 6-10 miles a day due to work and having an active doggo, but I do struggle with eating. I’ve lost 10lbs so far after meal planning and making better eating choices. I’ve always been a little on the heavier side but 233 was a wake up call. However, I don’t feel that I look like I weigh that much. Any inspiration helps too thanks!!
