Was diagnosed with preeclampsia this morning. My blood pressure and swelling has been insane!
Going in at midnight! Couldn’t be more excited to meet my baby girl, but I am so anxious as it’s my first baby and I don’t know what to expect from labor and delivery 😫ðŸ˜
