Eating Healthy, suggestions?
I know I should change my diet and start eating healthier so, help? What do you usually buy, what are some easy things to cook at home, what ingredients do I need, what vegetables do you buy & how do you prepare them so that they taste good? I know I can look up recipes and stuff but I’m sure some of you eat healthy & cook food at home rather then eating out so I’m looking for suggestions.
What fruits and vegetables do you like? What do you usually cook?
I do eat fast food very often (basically everyday tbh) I know it isn’t good but I never really thought about or looked into exactly how it would affect me and what could result of doing so.
