Contractions

Any of you ladies experience contractions yet? Does your belly tighten up or are having just back pain that radiates all around but not your stomach more towards your pelvic area? I keep having back pain and then cramps that feel like period cramps but I tell my doctor and they’re not even concerned, kind of makes me irritated that they are just not really listening and telling me it’s nothing. This is my second but I didn’t really experience Braxton Hicks with my first just labor pains and labor contractions which were super strong starting at 1cm due to pitocin so I don’t know what to expect now.
