Full feeling?

I dont even know how to describe this, like my uterus feels full! Like stretching and growing already. I'm so uncomfortable!!

My first pregnancy I never felt like this so early, in fact I had an easy pregnancy with my first but this one is catching me all off guard, constant nausea, so tired and this full/stretching feeling!

Anyone else feel uncomfortable this early? I thought forsure this being my second pregnancy that this would be easy now I'm over here all worried about twins!
