Pregnancy after a miscarriage

I’m 6 weeks 5 days pregnant after my miscarriage in October. I’ve been spotting off an on since the 12th. I’ve noticed it’s gotten a bit heavier over the past few days and I’ve started to notice clots on Friday and have been having a few small clots ever since then. Tonight I noticed a clear fluid that resembles cervical mucus is the best way to describe it. I have a sonogram on Thursday to see if things have progressed in the past week. I’m going to call doctor in the morning but I was curious if anyone else has gone through this?
