Anyone managed to have a vaginal delivery after a c-section? How did it go ?

I’m considering vaginal delivery with my second baby, my 1st was a c section and stupidly I begged for it because I was so scared, fast forward I regretted this choice and now I want to consider natural, my son is 3 now. Can all doctors do it or shall I look for something specific in a doctor ? Tell me about your experiences .

I've been told by my doc that I can try for one and that in a good candidate. When I got my doc I just asked if she did them and she said yes so we went from there. I hope to have a successful one, would love to hear story's of other successes!

I’m eligible for a VBAC but the hospital I’m delivering at refuses to do them. You have to check with hospital as well as doctors! Apparently at my hospital the anesthesiologists are pains about it.

My OB agreed to do a vbac but then at my 20 week ultrasound I got sent out to a high risk doctor because my placenta is low (not previa status, but low and in front of my csection scar) 
So the high risk doctor told me that, “the exit of the first baby is usually a good indicator of the exit of the second one.” 
Now, people have successful vbacs all the time and it really comes down to WHY you had a csection. I have a flat pelvic bone so basically my OB would have to maneuver the baby around to even get him out. 
A lot of OBs and hospitals don’t do them but my doctor just plugged some of my info into a calculator and basically told me I had a 56% chance of successful vbac.
