Post nasal drip?

So I’m 8w3d and I’m pretty sure I have lost nasal drip going on- I have mucus in the back of my throat that won’t go away and now my throat is killing me. What can I take to help alleviate these symptoms?

Also, I have HG, so it’s really making it hard for me because the mucus just makes me want to puke more, so if anyone can suggest ways to quickly clear mucus from the back of your throat, I will love you forever.
