Pulled muscle??

So I am roughly 9 weeks pregnant, this morning I had to get on the floor and grab my house keys my 13 month old daughter dropped between the sofa cushions and proceeded to fall onto the floor under the sofa. When I got down and laid on my stomach I had a sharp pain on the right side near my pelvis. I don’t remember experiencing this with my daughter but could it be from laying on the ground on my stomach or something with the baby? I am moving next week and no doctor in my current city wants to see me but I am worried. Should I go into an urgent care if they have an ultrasound machine or go to the ER? I’m not bleeding my it’s been a couple hours and I’m still in pain
