Please advise me- ureoplasma infection

Hi Ladies,

Been waiting for this child for 6 years and only now I came ro realise how many troubles can be along the way. I am 15 weeks and just got treated for Uti infection and just got discovered with another infection called ureaplasma. I never knew they existed before. I am getting so desperate with all the side efects I read that can have for baby. Did anyone go trough this? Doctor has told me and partner to take 1 dose each of Azitromycin which on google says it can cause birth abnormalities. I am so worried. I did not take it yet.Please advise. Thank you
