Losing control over bladder or water breaking?

Ladies
I’m 35 weeks and today felt like I am losing control over my bladder
I cough and I pee a little
Sometimes the babies movements causes me to pee a little
Is this normal or is it a sign of my water breaking?

No, I don't think so. I've had to wear panty liners for a couple months now because that was becoming a problem. But if you're worried, call your dr.

If i sneeze it feels like a small amount of watery stuff comes out but its only occasionally and has happened a few times, i just thought it was our bodies producing more fluids down there to protect from infection. I was warned to get liners in advance cos it feels horrible!

I was told if it is happening with sudden movement (happens when you feel baby move a certain way, when you cough, when you sneeze, when you laugh) then most likely it is just your bladder

you can buy these strips at the store. this is the ones you need.
the fish ph level ones work too as long as it has a similar scale.
use a qtip swab inside of your vag and swab the qtip on the strip.
if it goes past 6.7 it very well could be amniotic fluid. thats when id get checked.
i had the same thing happen the other day thought maybe i was leaking and had perfect ph 6.4. amniotic fluid is past 6.7 on the scale and usually will go to 7.0+

I have been given the advice that if you feel like you're peeing a little bit throughout the day, you might be leaking fluid. I would just let your doctor know?
I'm so afraid that I'm going to mistake fluid for discharge and not even realize I'm leaking 🤦🏽‍♀️ but I haven't felt like I'm peeing, so.....?
