I’m very early, I had unprotected sex just 9 days ago, not sure if/when I ovulated because I have PCOS— opk always appear positive.

Yesterday I had orange discharge (Maybe infection) , today I had faint cramps and back pain. So I took a cheap one step tests.

What do you think, can you see anything?
