Can A UTI screw up your cycle?

About a week after AF came I was diagnosed with a UTI. According to one app, that was around my fertile window. Now bc of the UTI, I didn't feel any CM. Now I'm in my fertile window according to glow and I feel kinda dry. Does not feel like I would be ovulating. But between last week and this week, I have felt ovulation twitches on both sides. If it did happen last week, I would have not known bc I had a UTI and couldn't tell if I had EWCM. Either way, I am not getting my hopes up this month, I just feel like AF is coming whereas last month I coulda SWORN I was preggo. So does anyone know if a UTI can screw up your cycle?

Same happened to me a month ago, I think it definitely messes with ovulation/fertility

My experience recently says yes.

​I got a bad UTI the week before AF should have arrived. Now I'm on CD 36 (normal is 30) and still no AF. I've had blood work done at the doctors office and took a HPT - both BFN. So now I'm hoping that after my antibiotics are done, AF will show so I can move on to the next cycle. :-/

That's what I thought. To be honest, it feels like AF is coming again lol been feeling extremely PMSy

I had several Utis and I didn't ovulate with one of them. I was on antibiotics and it messed with my cervical mucus so it was really difficult.
